學校概況 
斯爵斯克萊德大學  The University of Strathclyde 主要有五個學院：藝術學院、商學院、教育學院、工程學院以及科學院，54個科系和部門，1250個教學研究人員。該學校采用學分制，因此課程結構靈活，有很多雙學位課程可以選擇。同時有國際學生交流的項目可供申請。

　

Strathclyde最早起源于Anderson學院機構，1796年建立。此學院一開始就在創(chuàng)建人John Anderson的影響下，致力于建設一個有用的學習場所，非常鼓勵各種創(chuàng)新的思想以及方式，這種理念一直延續(xù)到今天，為社會界及商業(yè)界的研究提供有力的支撐。在1964年，該校發(fā)展成為全蘇格蘭排名第三的大學，共有22000學生，其中8500個碩士研究生。

　

城市介紹
格拉斯哥位于蘇格蘭的中部，距離愛丁堡有半個小時的車程，到達歐洲其他的主要城市也只有一個小時的旅程，是蘇格蘭最大的城市。格拉斯哥設施非�，F代化，以其新型的建筑、設計及美術著稱，不同于愛丁堡的濃重的傳統(tǒng)色彩。同時她又是蘇格蘭文化中心之一，有很多的傳統(tǒng)文化活動都在此舉行。在蘇格蘭有“聲音之城”之稱的格拉斯哥，孕育了很多著名的樂隊，如Deacon Blue, Simple Minds, Supernaturals 以及Belle & Seastian。在生活娛樂方面，格拉斯哥擁有從電影院至歌劇院，駐唱及樂隊的酒吧等等供本地人及游客選擇，格拉斯哥還有除倫敦以外最大的購物中心。
　


課程簡介及要求

學位：
Degree of PhD/EdD/EngD
以上或相關等級本科學位，全日制33個月學時，半日制48個月。每位申請者須注冊兩名在校導師，考核方式為論文及口試。申請者亦會參加部分的授課教學。
某些情況下，PhD申請者會先注冊為MPhil或授課式學位。

Degree of DBA
DBA學位結合了高水平的含研究項目的授課式課程，其基本與PhD相似，但必須在開始研究項目前先完成相關課程。

Degree of MPhil/LLM/MRes
以上或相關等級本科學位，最少學時為全日制12個月，半日制24個月。申請者須注冊一名導師以及參加相關介紹課程。


授課式課程：
大多授課式課程要求有大學的榮譽學位或相關資格，該大學設有多種研究生證書課程，以幫助學生轉專業(yè)以及準備碩士學位的學習。
碩士學位一般學時為12個月全日制，研究生證書課程為9個月。

入學要求：
- 雅思6.5以上；
- 本科學歷，學士學位，最好有相關商業(yè)方面的學術背景；
- 可以考慮沒有相關工作經驗或學術背景，但高素質有潛力的申請者；
- 語言或學術背景略差的學生可以參加暑期課程而不用再考“雅思”。（8月中下旬開課的最后4周為免費課程）

商學院 Strathclyde Business School
